  • AUSSIE PET MOBILE® SoCo Maine & Maine State Law requires your pet(s) to have current rabies vaccination for every pet being groomed. Please confirm that your pet(s) are current for a rabies vaccination and the Rabies certificate is available for inspection upon request. While AUSSIE PET MOBILE® adheres to a stringent sanitation procedure for all vans and equipment, we also strongly advise that each pet be vaccinated against distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza adenovirus type 2, parvovirus, corona, leptospirosis, and Bordetella prior to being groomed.

    AUSSIE PET MOBILE® has the right to refuse grooming any animal that may be a threat to itself or any person. If we are not able to take a cat out of its carrier or get a muzzle on a dog, then we may have to refuse it for its own protection and ours and require the owner to pay up to 100% of the total value for the appointment. The pet may get away or get injured if it is undergoing a great amount of stress, to no fault of the groomer performing your pet’s appointment. Pets with medical conditions or in the elderly stages of life may suffer from heightened stress levels potentially causing adverse emotional reactions, adverse physical effects or more severe symptoms of medical conditions to no fault of the groomer or Aussie Pet Mobile SoCo Maine.

    By signing this release form, you are acknowledging your understanding and acceptance of this policy releasing Aussie Pet Mobile SoCo Maine of all responsibility and liability of the possible negative effects of grooming.

    AUSSIE PET MOBILE charges additional fees for flea infestation if found during your pet’s groom. By signing this release form, you are accepting these charges in advance.

    AUSSIE PET MOBILE® Authorization for Shaving a Pet

    Shaving a matted pet often exposes pre-existing skin conditions. If an animal is badly matted, you may find sores and tender skin under those mats. Grooming requires the use of dangerous grooming equipment, if a pet moves suddenly or behaves in an unsafe manner the risk of injury to your pet is greater, however slow or careful we are we can never fully control an animal. Our groomer will do his/her best to prevent any injury to your pet to the best of his/her ability.

    AUSSIE PET MOBILE® Cancellation Policy

    Changes made to scheduled appointments (cancelling or rescheduling) within 3 BUSINESS days of the appointment time will require a 50% payment for the appointment being changed. 100% is due if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, if we arrive at your scheduled time and no one is home, or we aren’t able to get your pet into the van for grooming. A 50% deposit may be required for scheduled appointments of 2 or more pets, which is non-refundable in the event the appt is cancelled within our cancellation policy timeframe noted above.

    I am the owner/caregiver of this/these pet(s), and I have read and understood the foregoing cautions, printed above. I realize that pet grooming may cause injury, allergic or other negative physical or emotional reaction to my pet(s), but I desire to have AUSSIE PET MOBILE® perform the grooming in spite of this. Therefore, I consent to and authorize the grooming of my pet(s) and I release AUSSIE PET MOBILE® and its employees, franchisees or other representatives, from any responsibility or liability arising out of the performance of those services legally and on social media.

    All credit card transactions require a 3% convenience fee added to the total invoice amount, thank you for your understanding.

    PLEASE NOTE OUR APPOINTMENT TIMES ARE ESTIMATED ARRIVAL TIMES DUE TO UNFORSEEN GROOMING, TRAFFIC & WEATHER CONDITIONS. If we anticipate being more than 30 minutes late or early, we will let you know.
